GUEST ACCESS
You are welcome to use all parts of the house including backyard, garage and pickle ball court. The only areas that are not accessible are two supply closets and a shed out back.

LOCATION
Quiet and spacious neighborhood, just a couple minutes east from the BA expressway (hwy 51). Homes are on large 1+ acre lots so there is plenty of space between neighboring houses.

PARKING
→ Do not park on grass.
→ The garage holds 2 cars. There is room in the turn around driveway, as well as on the sides to park another 5-6 cars.
→ There is an additional gravel parking lot through the fence gate on the west side that can hold another 6 vehicles.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
